Privacy Policy
Zyncia is designed to collect minimal data.
What Zyncia does not collect
- No platform passwords or account credentials.
- No bank account linking or financial access.
- No automatic scraping of your platform accounts.
- No tracking of your application or payout data (trackers are downloaded as files, not stored on Zyncia servers).
What may be collected
- Email address — only if you voluntarily sign up through an email capture form. Used to send product updates or delivery content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Correction report data — platform name, what changed, source URL, and optional email, submitted through the corrections form.
- Payment information — if you purchase the Starter Pack, payment is processed by the checkout provider (e.g. Stripe). Zyncia does not store your card details.
- Anonymous analytics — if enabled, basic page visit data may be collected to understand traffic patterns. No personal identification is intended.
How data is used
Collected data is used to improve Zyncia content, deliver purchased products, and respond to correction reports. Zyncia does not sell your personal data.
Browser-local tracker data
The interactive tracker on the trackers page stores your application and payout records in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device — Zyncia does not receive or transmit tracker records from localStorage. Clearing your browser data or site storage may delete your tracker records. Use the Export CSV button to save a backup copy any time. This does not apply to forms you intentionally submit, such as the early-access notify list or correction reports, which are sent to Zyncia through the configured endpoints.
Cookies
The static site does not set tracking cookies. If analytics or payment tools are added, they may set their own cookies. Review those providers' policies for details.
Children's privacy
Zyncia is not directed at children under 13. Do not use Zyncia if you are under 13.
Changes to this policy
Zyncia may update this policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
